Join us for our free fitness classes starting Tuesday, April 2. TA4 Fitness will be offering 3 opportunities to get your exercise in and improve your health throughout the week. All fitness levels are welcome and workouts can be customized to fit your abilities.
Classes will be held in Smith Park near the tennis courts. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be moved to the Village Hall Community Room. Please check this post for weather updates. The schedule is below:
-Workout Classes – Tuesdays 6 PM
-Yoga & Pilates Classes – Wednesdays 6 PM
-Workout Classes – Saturdays 11:30 AM
Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water bottle. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
