The Village employs on average 50 full-time and approximately 45 part-time employees. The Human Resource Department is responsible for coordinating all personnel-related actions. Areas of responsibility include: employee recruitment and retention, coordination of training programs, maintenance of personnel records, administration of employee benefits, and overseeing labor contract administration and negotiations. Responsibility for coordinating employee group health and life insurance programs through third party insurance providers also rests within this department.
